John has had the privilege of creating a career in marketing, strategic planning and market research, helping clients understand complicated issues to make sound business decisions. He is author of the book B2B Customer Insight: The Proven Path to Growth and has also authored many published articles and white papers. He co-founded PMG over 20 years ago and along the way worked with some amazing clients and worked beside some incredible people. John also started Christmas in Action – Spartanburg a non-profit home rebuilding enterprise, and 516NOW, an organization that works in the third world to build holy, prosperous and sustainable communities. John has a BA and MBA from University of South Florida and is abd in Marketing from University of Virginia.
Charlie has spent the majority of his career in senior marketing and strategy roles in both the consulting and corporate world. He recently finished a three year project as a consulting member of a corporate Innovation Team at an $8 billion global manufacturing company. In addition to senior level marketing roles, Charlie also has multiple years of experience in process improvement. Charlie's deep understanding of primary market research coupled with years of Total Quality Management experience brings a unique business perspective. Charlie has a BA in Economics from Princeton University. Currently he resides in Spartanburg, SC with his wife, 2 daughters, and a son. In addition to a successful career and busy family life, Charlie is also the head coach for the Wofford College men's lacrosse team.
With over 30 years direct business experience, Bob's background and expertise lies in new product development, strategic planning, global business development and market positioning. Bob came to Priority Metrics from Sonoco Products Company where he was staff vice president of international business development. He has served on various boards at the university and community level and is actively involved in board activities for the United Way of Kershaw County, Historic Camden and the Packaging Science program at Clemson University. Bob is a Past Adjunct Lecturer, Packaging Science, Clemson University and has been a guest speaker at packaging industry conferences and at the university level. A native of Illinois, Bob has a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and a MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He resides in Camden, South Carolina with his wife and enjoys cycling, kayaking, travel and reading.
