PMG Completes Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Research

Priority Metrics Group (PMG) just completed a Customer Insight due diligence engagement for a private equity client looking at making an investment in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider.  In less than four weeks, the PMG team worked with the client team to develop and execute a customized approach and discovery tool to assess the current customer situation for this time sensitive decision.

The insights were critically important to the investment team.  That team was already aware that recent actions by the company leadership had been poorly received and created confusion and dissatisfaction with existing customers.  The analysis however uncovered that there was a significant segment of customers that remained loyal – and identified actions could be taken to build a more profitable and successful new business model around this vital core.
